![]() BRANDON SOMMERS - VOCALS, KEYBOARDS, GUITAR
From Indianapolis, Indiana, Brandon moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1981 after completing his B. A. from Indiana University. He has performed with various dance bands including Rough Diamond, where he won a songwriting contest. Brandon performed with The Instigators (reggae), and then went on to play with contemporary jazz artist Richy Kicklighter for five years. He played on “KINGS HIGHWAY”, “MYAKKA” and “ONE SUN, ONE MOON” and most recently recorded and played on "MOVING SKIES" and "UNKNOWN" at his studio. Brandon has also performed various shows with guitarist Les Sabler and dance band Omni. In addition to playing with Chameleon, he also composes and does sound design and recording for small films.

SCOTT CURTS - VOCALS, GUITAR
From Crawfordsville, Indiana, Scott studied music at Berklee College of Music in Boston and then moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1990. Upon arrival Scott performed with several local artiists. He was a founding members of Pangaea who performed at the Summerhouse Restaurant for four years and extensively performed weddings and corporate events throughout the southwest coast of Florida. Scott then went on to play with Sal Garcia and Omni, where he performed for two years. Scott and Brandon met while performing together in Omni where they later decided to start Chameleon. CURTIS WEEKS - DRUMS, VOCALS From Sarasota, FL, Curtis started playing drums at 17. Immediately he started working in two different dance bands, Fragile and The Chaz Band over four years touring the east coast from Florida to New York. He then performed with the Roger Atlas Quintet opening for Spyro Gyra. Curtis then played contemporary jazz and fusion music with Tampa Bay bands Break Away 83-85, Fred Johnson 88-92, Citiheat 92-99. While working with Johnson, he performed on the CD with Afro-Cuban percussionist Gumbi Ortiz entitled “So Now You Know.” Curtis is also the areas renowned private drum instructor here in Sarasota. TIM GEORGE - VOCALS, BASS From Kansas City, Tim graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Music, and now lives in St. Petersburg. He is a four time winner of International Association of Jazz Educators “Outstanding Musician” Award, and is an Educational consultant for “Notes On Call Productions”, performing bass tracks on Music Minus One record series. Tim has performed live with Ray Charles, Mel Torme, Kenny Drew, Jr., Clark Terry, Ed Shaughnessy and Louis Bellson. He regularly performs with Richard Elliot band members Ron and Dave Reinhart, also known as the Reinhart Brothers.
